If you express an interest in volunteering with Sinan Wren or for further information about Sinan Wren we will ask you to provide us with some information so we can communicate with you effectively.

• Your name and contact information such as address, email address and telephone number, CV, short video, as well as your date of birth and your passport number, country of domicile and your nationality.

• Information relating to your education and employment history including where you have worked, dates of study, examination results, your preferences and interests.

• Details about your professional associations, records relating to assessments of your work, details of examinations taken, your examination grades, personal tutor meetings, attendance records and other information in your student record.

This data is obtained when you apply for a training programme or to volunteer with Sinan Wren. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of our site, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential and for logging out of sessions. We ask you not to share your password with anyone.

Data Retention

Sinan Wren will hold all personal data which was provided when applying for a Training Programme or to volunteer with Sinan Wren for 6 months after which all personal data will be automatically deleted.

If you have consented to receive emails, you may opt-out at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email or emailing.
